Keith's focus is providing primary care to patients 13 years old to geriatric age. The scope of his practice will continue to be based on patient care needs. Keith is a certified DOT examiner, providing certification and re-certification examinations as required for truck, chauffeur, and bus drivers.
Keith received his Nurse Practitioner licensure from Maryville College, St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his internship at Deckerville Community Hospital. Keith previously worked in Emergency Medicine as a Paramedic full time for over 15 years and also as an RN for 6 years in Mt. Clemens at McLaren Macomb working on the Medical Surgical/ Infectious Diseases unit. He is currently a Case Manager for the Michigan Army National Guard managing the diverse medical needs of the Soldiers.

Roberta (Bobbie) Weiss, FNP-C
Roberta (Bobbie) is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner whose scope of practice includes pediatrics to geriatrics. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and Mental Health. Bobbie can effectively collaborate with individuals within the healthcare industry by providing solid communication and healthcare management while creating a positive healthcare outcome for patients.
Bobbie earned her Nurse Practitioner Licensure from Simmons College, Boston, Massachusetts. Performed her residency at Hills And Dales General Hospital, Cass City, Michigan and earned her RN and LPN degrees from St. Clair County Community College, Port Huron and Bad Axe, Michigan. She graduated high school from Kinde North Huron. She is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She is a Huron County native and is excited to have the opportunity to give back to the rural area that she grew up in. She raised her 4 adult daughters here and has worked in Thumb area for the past 20 years as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. "I am very fortunate to have the understanding of our patient’s rural culture and how it relates to their health."
Carrie, a Bad Axe native earned both her RN degree and Nurse Practitioner Licensure from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. She completed her residencies locally at Huron Medical Center, McKenzie Health System, and Scheurer Healthcare Network. Carrie is a graduate of Bad Axe High School. She is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Carrie brings to us a combination of 20 years of clinical experience and knowledge in rural medicine as an Emergency Room RN for 12 years and then 8 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She has a full understanding of being a rural provider by utilizing resources to the fullest while keeping up with aspects of medicine not just one specialty.

Steven Beall, MD
Dr. Steven Beall is director of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Centre of Michigan and one of the world’s preeminent experts in MS. Dr Beall has approximately 30 years of experience as a general neurologist specializing in MS and stroke.
Dr. Beall is a graduate of Texas A&M, Summa Cum Laude. He was then trained at the University of Texas Medical School where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. Since that time, Dr. Beall has given 49 national and 34 international scientific talks on MS, 37 talks to MS patients throughout Michigan, and has written 35 neurological papers and one book on Neurology. Dr. Beall recently worked with the largest neurological private practice in East Detroit.
Since being awarded a medical staff fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in 1984, Dr. Beall has refined the importance of using a precise neurological exam to diagnose MS at its earliest and most treatable point in time and to track its course with the Kurtzke score. His work at the NIH allowed him to win a second MS fellowship at the California Institute of Technology studying with Dr. Leroy Hood who won the Lasker Award and was considered for the Nobel Prize in Medicine. In 1991, Dr. Beall was given the opportunity to learn from Dr. Donald Paty, the recipient of the first World MS Society Charcot Award for his work on MRI and connecting the MS clinics across Canada. Seven years of scientific study at the leading scientific institutes in the U.S. taught Dr. Beall to look at complex neurological problems with scientific precision and the value of intellectual honesty.

Gerald Schell, MD

One of the world’s preeminent minimally invasive spine surgeons, Dr. Gerald R. Schell’s roots stem from the Thumb of Michigan.
Dr. Schell attended Olivet College in Olivet, Michigan and later received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine before completing a neurosurgical rotation at Syracuse University. Syracuse University later offered him the directorship of its neurosurgical training program, which he declined to continue caring for the needs of Michigan patients.
Currently, Dr. Schell uses advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques for the vast majority of his patients with spinal disc disease.
