Visit Our Gym!

If you’re looking for a place that can help you regain tone, strength, flexibility and balance, the Deckerville Community Hospital Physical Therapy Department Gym may be the solution! Our exercise gym can be used by the public for a small fee: $5 per session, or $25 per month unlimited visits. A variety of resistance equipment and free weights is available. Our staff specialists will work with you to show you how to use each properly and safely, and will answer any questions regarding what type of exercise works best for your specific needs. Outpatient physical therapy services are available by appointment, Mon-Fri, from 8:00 – 4:30. We’re located on the west end of Deckerville. See the map on the right.

Julie Murphy
Department supervisor, BSPT, received her degree from Loma Linda University in California, and has traveled throughout the US and other countries to continue her studies of physical therapy techniques. Julie began work at the DCH Physical Therapy Department in 1983, and has been an important part of its development and growth.
