Carrie is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner whose scope of practice encompasses pediatrics to geriatrics. She is a Bad Axe native earning both her RN degree and Nurse Practitioner Licensure from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. She completed her residencies at local rural facilities. Carrie is a graduate of Bad Axe High School. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Carrie brings to us a unique combination of 20 years of clinical experience and knowledge in rural medicine as an Emergency Room RN for 12 years and then 8 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She has a full understanding of being a rural provider by utilizing resources to the fullest while keeping up with aspects of medicine not just one specialty.
