CRTN Cancer Care Center
The Covenant Regional Thumb Network (CRTN Health) has announced the expansion of Covenant Medical Center’s Radiation Oncology Service through the opening of a new Covenant HealthCare cancer center on the campus of Marlette Regional Hospital to be called the CRTN Cancer Care Center. All six independent hospitals, Deckerville Community Hospital, Harbor Beach Community Hospital, Hills & Dales Healthcare, Marlette Regional Hospital, and Scheurer Health, assisted in the Covenant HealthCare effort to bring this extraordinary service to the Thumb.

The cancer care center will start seeing medical oncology patients and will open seven infusion chairs in the newly renovated center. A state-of-the-art Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator will come online in the first quarter of 2023 to provide radiation oncology service for patients from throughout the Thumb.
The center is a total of 16,260 square feet and includes, eight infusion / chemotherapy bays, new Computed Tomography (CT) Scanner, new Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator and a onsite Pharmacy
Medical Oncology
Our board-certified medical oncologists are specially trained to administer different types of medications for the treatment of cancer and blood disorders. After determining the stage of cancer, our doctors will explain the diagnosis and recommend the best course of treatment. The medical oncologist will oversee the patient’s chemotherapy treatments in our comfortable infusion suite.
