Emily Puzan, FNP-BC Now Seeing Patients in Deckerville

Aspire Rural Health System is pleased to announce that Nurse Practitioner, Emily Puzan, is moving to a new location and will be practicing in Deckerville starting on July 8th. Emily has been providing exceptional care to patients at our Bad Axe location and is excited to work in Deckerville.

Emily is deeply connected to the Deckerville community. A native of Sandusky, she and her husband, a Deckerville native, are raising their family in Deckerville. “We have four charming boys that we adore and often spend our spare time at practice or games,” Emily shares.

She received her Nursing Degree from St. Clair Community College, her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, Flint, and her Masters from Spring Arbor University. She is currently working towards her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Kent State University.

Her comprehensive scope of practice includes care for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Emily focuses on family dynamics and brings a full understanding of being a rural provider, efficiently utilizing resources while staying updated with various aspects of medicine, not limited to one specialty.

Emily will be seeing patients at Deckerville Healthcare Services located within the hospital at 3559 Pine St. To schedule an appointment with Emily in Deckerville, please call 810-376-7010, or visit us online at aspirerhs.org.
